When considering employee recognition, we need to facilitate recognition that is equally powerful for both the organization and the employee. There are many reasons to recognize employees:

There are many promotional products from which to choose, but there are products that may stand out and attract people more than others. Promotional products such as koozies, sunglasses, pens, flashlight keychains, reusable water bottles, and tote bags work really well. Promotional items are used most specifically for marketing messages, short term bursts of incentives, trade show giveaways for new potential clients, and lastly and less significantly for employee recognition.

At the end of the day, successful businesses are ones that recognize and appreciate their employees, as well as ones that provide promotional products to prospective customers.
